What is the day-to-day of your role like?

It’s a combo of starting the day with the perfect cup of coffee, a review of the meetings for the week, going through every email in my inbox, checking off my to-do's in HubSpot, and making lots of calls that go to people’s voicemails.

What advice would you give someone starting their career in your industry?

A no is a no until it’s a yes.

What is your most valuable marketing tip?

Know your audience. You should know what you want to say, but more importantly who you are saying it to.

Do you have any creative outlets?

I moonlight as a hair model on the weekends.

What is your favorite memory at Encore?

Laughing maniacally as I clean and shine my very hard-earned trivial pursuit office trophy :)
